For 20 years Nathalie worked as a Personal Assistant in a large electrical company in Marseille, her home town, Marseille,, being a large port on the Mediterranean has always attracted her  to a life on the water

In 2001 while living and working in Marseille  she studied naturopathy, well–being massage and also trained in organic and vegetarian cooking. After her studies 2006, she decided to set up her own business as a masseuse.

Yves started his professional life as an Marine electrician and mechanic. His attraction to boats took him to the coastal village of Saint Tropez, where he participated in several regattas. In time he discovered the inland waterways and decided to obtain his license for river boats. Making him  the ideal person to pilot the Claire de Lune and take care of your voyage knowing that you are in very capable hands  Yves other passion is music and is an accomplished Musician  in his own right.

And has been a professional guitarist.

Nathalie and Yves share the same passion for navigating the canals and rivers of France; their dream has been to live on a barge and share their skills and experiences. Clair de Lune is their joints project
 

Its has taken them three years of preparation and training to become the new owners of the Claire de Lune and they hope that Old friends of the Barge as well new ones will come and enjoy this beautiful Vessel
